{"id":2930,"date":"2017-03-31T12:29:26","date_gmt":"2017-03-31T17:29:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/149.56.148.186\/?p=2287"},"modified":"2026-03-20T04:09:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T09:09:35","slug":"nueva-regulacion-en-gestion-documental-para-los-vigilados-por-la-supertransporte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/en\/nueva-regulacion-en-gestion-documental-para-los-vigilados-por-la-supertransporte\/","title":{"rendered":"Nueva regulaci\u00f3n en gesti\u00f3n documental para los vigilados por la Supertransporte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/index.php\/nueva-regulacion-en-gestion-documental-para-los-vigilados-por-la-supertransporte\/transportemercancias\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2288\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2288 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/transportemercancias-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>Recientemente fue emitida la <strong>Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte<\/strong> (<strong>Supertransporte<\/strong>) la resoluci\u00f3n n\u00famero <strong>061583 de 2016,<\/strong> por la cual se establecen las directrices que en materia de gesti\u00f3n documental y organizaci\u00f3n de archivos, que deben cumplir los sujetos a supervisi\u00f3n por dicha Entidad.<\/p>\n<p>Este decreto se suma a otros publicados en los \u00faltimos meses por otras Superintendencias para mejorar y regular la gesti\u00f3n documental, adapt\u00e1ndola al nuevo modelo electr\u00f3nico, p.ej. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/index.php\/directrices-de-la-superintendencia-de-industria-y-comercio-en-materia-de-archivos\/\">vea noticia aqu\u00ed<\/a> sobre la Superintendencia de Industria y Transporte (SIC).<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo de la resoluci\u00f3n es establecer las directrices que en materia de <strong>gesti\u00f3n documental y organizaci\u00f3n de archivos<\/strong> deben cumplir los sujetos de supervisi\u00f3n de la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte, as\u00ed como asegurar la producci\u00f3n, recepci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n, recuperaci\u00f3n y consulta del archivo, todo conforme a las buenas pr\u00e1cticas dictadas por el Archivo General de la Naci\u00f3n (<strong>AGN<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<h4>Instrumentos archiv\u00edsticos:<\/h4>\n<p>Los supervisados, deber\u00e1n elaborar, adoptar e implementar los siguientes instrumentos archiv\u00edsticos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Programa de Gesti\u00f3n Documental.<\/li>\n<li>Tabla de Retenci\u00f3n Documental.<\/li>\n<li>Tabla de valoraci\u00f3n Documental (aplica para los que posean fondos acumulados)<\/li>\n<li>Reglamento Interno de Archivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Todo ello, desde una \u00f3ptica de adecuaci\u00f3n a los nuevos decretos de <strong>eficiencia y cero papel<\/strong>, emitidos por el gobierno colombiano.<\/p>\n<h4>Plazo y responsables:<\/h4>\n<p>La Resoluci\u00f3n 061583 del 10 de Noviembre de 2016 estableci\u00f3 un plazo de <strong>un (1) a\u00f1o<\/strong> a partir de su expedici\u00f3n, es decir, hasta el <strong>diez (10) de noviembre de 2017<\/strong>, para que los sujetos de supervisi\u00f3n elaboren sus Tablas de retenci\u00f3n documental y adopten el programa de gesti\u00f3n documental. Este programa deber\u00e1 incluir pol\u00edticas para la gesti\u00f3n de documentos electr\u00f3nicos de archivo.<\/p>\n<p>Los representantes legales de las empresas supervisadas son los responsables
