de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio en materia de archivos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La resoluci\u00f3n n\u00famero 8934 de 2014, publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Rep\u00fablica el 19 de febrero marca un cambio de tendencia en la supervisi\u00f3n estatal hacia el sector privado.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed como la Ley 594 de 2000 y posteriores Decretos Presidenciales y Acuerdos del Archivo General de la Naci\u00f3n se dirig\u00eda exclusivamente a entes p\u00fablicos, esta resoluci\u00f3n de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) regula el acceso y la gesti\u00f3n de los archivos tambi\u00e9n en organizaciones privadas, sujetas a la supervisi\u00f3n de este organismo.<\/p>\n<p>La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Superindustria) les orden\u00f3 a las empresas e instituciones privadas que est\u00e1n bajo su vigilancia asegurar la adecuada producci\u00f3n, recepci\u00f3n, distribuci\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n, conservaci\u00f3n, recuperaci\u00f3n y consulta oportuna de los documentos de archivo, indepen\u00addientemente del soporte en que se realicen.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Resoluci\u00f3n 8934 del 2014, <strong>el prop\u00f3sito de esta medida es garantizar la disponibilidad de la informaci\u00f3n para la consulta por parte de la administraci\u00f3n, los agentes estatales y la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las entidades deber\u00e1n implementar los siguientes instrumentos: programa de gesti\u00f3n, tablas de retenci\u00f3n, cuadro de clasificaci\u00f3n y tablas de valoraci\u00f3n documental, junto con el reglamento interno de archivo.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se permite el uso de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n en el archivo correspondiente, siempre y cuando se garantice la organizaci\u00f3n, autenticidad, consulta posterior e integridad, entre otras condiciones exigidas por la <strong>Ley 594 de 2000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La Superindustria concedi\u00f3 <strong>un a\u00f1o de plazo<\/strong>, para que sus vigiladas elaboren las tablas de retenci\u00f3n y adopten el programa de gesti\u00f3n documental respectivo.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y acceso a documento: <a title=\"Resolucion 8934 de
