{"id":1694,"date":"2015-12-19T16:56:40","date_gmt":"2015-12-19T21:56:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/149.56.148.186\/?p=1694"},"modified":"2026-03-20T05:52:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T10:52:18","slug":"2a-prorroga-de-la-superintendencia-de-industria-y-comercio-para-implementar-politica-de-gestion-electronica-de-archivos-resolucion-84295-de-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/en\/2a-prorroga-de-la-superintendencia-de-industria-y-comercio-para-implementar-politica-de-gestion-electronica-de-archivos-resolucion-84295-de-2015\/","title":{"rendered":"2\u00aa pr\u00f3rroga de la Superint. de Industria y Comercio para implementar pol\u00edtica de gesti\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica de archivos (Resoluci\u00f3n 84295 de 2015)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La resoluci\u00f3n 8934 de 2014 de la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) exige la implementaci\u00f3n de un programa de gesti\u00f3n documental: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sic.gov.co\/sites\/default\/files\/normatividad\/Resolucion_8934_2014.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">descargar PDF<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/index.php\/2a-prorroga-de-la-superintendencia-de-industria-y-comercio-para-implementar-politica-de-gestion-electronica-de-archivos-resolucion-84295-de-2015\/pdf-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2281\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2281 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/pdf.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 3\u00ba, los vigilados que est\u00e9n bajo la vigilancia de la SIC, deber\u00e1n elaborar, adoptar e implementar los siguientes instrumentos archiv\u00edsticos:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Programa de gesti\u00f3n documental;<\/li>\n<li>Tablas de retenci\u00f3n documental;<\/li>\n<li>Cuadro de clasificaci\u00f3n documental;<\/li>\n<li>Tablas de valoraci\u00f3n documental y<\/li>\n<li>Reglamento interno de archivo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La organizaci\u00f3n de los archivos deber\u00e1 realizarse a partir del cuadro de clasificaci\u00f3n documental y de las tablas de retenci\u00f3n documental, mediante la conformaci\u00f3n de expedientes agrupados en series y sub series documentales, atendiendo el principio de procedencia, el orden original y el ciclo vital de los documentos, <u>independientemente del soporte en el cual se encuentren<\/u>, tal como lo se\u00f1ala la Ley 594 de 2000.<\/p>\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n 723 de 15 de enero de 2015 otorg\u00f3 una primera pr\u00f3rroga hasta el 31-10-2015 para la implementaci\u00f3n de las anteriores pol\u00edticas. Sin embargo, por petici\u00f3n de muchos de los vigilados por la SIC, este plazo fue ampliado por la resoluci\u00f3n 84295 de 28 de octubre de 2015 hasta el 31-03-2016 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sic.gov.co\/sites\/default\/files\/normatividad\/RES%2084295%20PDF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">descargar PDF <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/index.php\/2a-prorroga-de-la-superintendencia-de-industria-y-comercio-para-implementar-politica-de-gestion-electronica-de-archivos-resolucion-84295-de-2015\/pdf-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2281\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2281 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/pdf.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" \/><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Es importante destacar el <strong>art\u00edculo 11 <\/strong>de la resoluci\u00f3n original de la SIC seg\u00fan la cual <u>la SIC podr\u00e1 realizar en cualquier momento inspecciones para asegurar el cumplimiento de estas normas<\/u>, lo que podr\u00eda conducir a sanciones para aquellas empresas que no hayan realizado ning\u00fan tipo de acci\u00f3n en este sentido.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1688\" style=\"width: 310px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plazo_olvidado.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1688\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1688\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adapting.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/plazo_olvidado-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"31-03-2016 plazo de la SIC\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-1688\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">31-03-2016 plazo de la SIC<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Adapting junto a su socio <a href=\"http:\/\/www.softydi.com\">Soft y Di<\/a> dispone de una metodolog\u00eda probada y segura para asegurar el cumplimiento de esta regulaci\u00f3n, logrando una instrumentaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y eficiente en su organizaci\u00f3n, a unos precios muy competitivos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Los vigilados se expondr\u00e1n a sanciones por inacci\u00f3n.
