La empresa centra sus esfuerzos de forma especializada en la asistencia sanitaria y la ortopedia en Europa. Como consecuencia de la implantaci\u00f3n de nuevas normas internas de Compliance en la empresa, las solicitudes de formaci\u00f3n (inscripci\u00f3n en cursos, congresos, cirug\u00edas, etc.) cambi\u00f3 su forma de gesti\u00f3n interna, por lo que necesitaban una herramienta inform\u00e1tica que fuera capaz de modelar los nuevos procedimientos internos de trabajo, con participaci\u00f3n de diferentes roles internos de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, la nueva plataforma deb\u00eda permitir la monitorizaci\u00f3n de los procesos, as\u00ed como la capacidad para obtener
