custom_width=&#8221;100&#8243; align=&#8221;left&#8221; thin_single_color=&#8221;#7e9022&#8243; thickness=&#8221;4&#8243; margin_top=&#8221;10&#8243; margin_bottom=&#8221;40&#8243; animation=&#8221;right-to-left&#8221;][mk_padding_divider][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1543590442303{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8221;]\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Adapting Group<\/strong>, in support of students and apprentices in document management, offers free educational licenses to educational institutions in Spain and Latin America who wish to offer their students a hands-on workshop on electronic document management systems for archiving.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These licenses are accompanied by a practical <strong>training<\/strong> to teachers or instructors in the management of the <strong>abox ECM<\/strong> platform which has as main <strong>objectives<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>To know the principles of the SGDEA.<\/li>\n<li>Know the Abox ECM tool.<\/li>\n<li>Parameterize the software to teach workshops on electronic document management.<\/li>\n<li>To accompany educational centres in their process of practical training free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Educational licenses are offered free of charge for one (1) year and may be renewed at very advantageous terms, depending on the results obtained.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a methodology, the <strong>Case Method<\/strong>\u00a0will be used, which is a teaching mode in which teachers\/instructors learn on the basis of experiences and situations from the real context, thus allowing them to build their own practical workshops in a context that brings their students closer to the productive environment that awaits them. In this context we parameterize a virtual company, close to a real case, with a series of typical processes of document management, which help students to understand through realistic cases the needs of companies that will require their professional services.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][mk_padding_divider][mk_content_box heading=&#8221;Requirements to qualify for educational licenses&#8221;
